Scott strives to find creative solutions that ensure equity and excellence for all students, assessing the academic and emotional needs of students, while setting limits. Helping young people grow in knowledge and character is his life’s work. Scott’s ideals are reflective of Martin Luther King’s words: “Make a career of humanity (education). Commit yourself to the noble struggle for equal rights. You will make a greater person of yourself, a greater nation of your country, and a finer world to live in.”
